QR-Help stores four types of data. In the following overview, you can see a short summary of the data we collect in relation to the user group of the first responders (rescue page users). Tracking Data

What data is collected?

  • IP address (anonymised)
  • Metadata (date, time)
  • Selected Language

What is the reason for the data collection?

  • Inform the user that someone has opened his rescue page and seen his data

How is the data preprocessed?

  • The IP address is anonymised

Who gets access to the data?

  • The user whose rescue page has been opened
  • QR-Help staff

When will the data be deleted?

  • Upon user account deletion

Further Information

Unlike for the website users and the registered users, the tracking data collected about the rescue page user is not for statistical purposes but only to protect the privacy of the user whose rescue page is visited.
