Can I block specific IP addresses from accessing my rescue page?
We deliberately added no function to disable or block IP addresses. Often, IP addresses are shared between multiple people like for example in households or businesses. The risk to block a person that could actually help would be too high. In addition to that, people who really want to access your page would be able to avoid that restriction using technologies like VPNs (virtual private networks) or proxy servers.
IP addresses, short for Internet Protocol addresses, are addresses that identify your device or your internet connection. Often, one IP address is shared between multiple people, e.g. if you share an internet access with flatmates or family.
