Can I send someone a link to a document uploaded on QR-Help?

QR-Help is not a file sharing system, so we have prohibited the upload and sharing of documents that have no link to your rescue. According to our general terms of use, point 9.1, the user can only use the website for the purposes listed in the mentioned terms of use.

We added some mechanisms that makes sharing links to your documents useless, i.e. the links regularly change.
